Great when you don't have access to a climbing gym

I don't go climbing often, so I don't have the opportunity to train my upper body and finger strength. However, after using these three times a week for the past month and a half, I have found that my climbing has significantly improved, progressing from Green difficulty at Urban Climb to completing Reds. I highly recommend these as a training tool to ensure you reduce the risk of injury by training the upper body strength, which will help compliment your forearm and finger strength all at the same time. I only climb once every fortnight, and I found that climbing is much easier now.
