A moderate level of fitness is required as the mountain is 253m high! The track is a mix of switchback paths and stunning views as you ascend under the cover of  eucalyptus trees. Once at the abseil site take a moment to admire the view, snack, rehydrate while your guide sets up the ropes. You’ll then head into an induction before trying a variety of abseils.
