Delivery
All orders are sent through Australia Post. A flat fee of $9.00 is applicable for all orders under AUD 150.00. Orders over AUD $150 are shipped freight free. All orders are sent standard or registered mail. Additional charges will be incurred for bulky items e.g. boulder mats/full rolls of rope and orders greater than 20kg).
Orders can be sent through Australia Post's express post platinum service however additional charges will be incurred. Please call 07 3368 3335 or email info@pinnaclesports.com.au to ascertain exact costs.
All orders are processed between 10am-6pm Monday-Friday (public holidays excepted). Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days of order receipt, usually faster, unless otherwise advised.
We are constantly updating our website to give you an accurate stock list to choose from. From time to time some models, sizes and colours will no longer be available and in these cases an email will be sent to you to notify you on future availability or to suggest an alternative model or colour. No transaction will be made until we have confirmed with you your selection.
Highpoint Adventures trading as Pinnacle Sports will deliver the product to the place of delivery that you specify when making your order. Title and risk in the product will pass to you upon delivery of product to this place of delivery.
Products may only be purchased by Australian customers
Orders for products will only be accepted if you provide a local billing address for your credit card. Highpoint Adventures T/A Pinnacle Sports does not ship orders overseas.
Payment
All purchase prices include Australian GST. Shipping (where applicable) will be shown separately.
You will be required to pay for the product online by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), PayPal account, cheque or direct deposit. We will process the transaction on receipt of your order.
Note for cheque and direct deposit purchases, goods will not be sent until the funds have been cleared by the bank.
Cancellation of orders
Highpoint Adventures trading as Pinnacle Sports may cancel an order that has already been accepted if Highpoint Adventures suspects that you are using a credit card without proper authorisation or in breach of these seller terms. While Highpoint Adventures endeavours to avoid pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Highpoint Adventures trading as Pinnacle Sports may also cancel an order that it has accepted in such circumstances.
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in a product being unavailable. If there is a delay in shipping your order, Highpoint Adventures trading as Pinnacle Sports will contact you by email as soon as possible to advise you of the reason for the delay. If this occurs, you may cancel your order at any time prior to when Pinnacle Sports ships the product to you.
You may also cancel an order if Highpoint Adventures trading as Pinnacle Sports is in breach of these seller terms.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of safety/climbing gear Highpoint Adventures trading as Pinnacle Sports does not accept any returns or exchanges. No returns are offered on clearance items.
Should you change your mind on non climbing/safety gear, you are welcome to return goods for a refund within 14 days from receipt of goods. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, be in original condition and include packaging.
Returned goods (other than safety equipment) must be sent registered post to P.O.Box 491, Red Hill QLD 4059. All postage costs (both to the store and back to the customer) are payable by the sender.
Refunds
No refunds will be given until the goods are received in unused condition by Pinnacle Sports. Refunds are given only on returns not exchanges. However there may be up to a 15% restocking fee on returned orders dependent on the specific order and our discretion this is on all orders that are not exchanges.

If you are looking for a product that is not currently on our website please contact us as the chances are we have it in stock and have not yet added it to our website or we can get it for you.
Online Discount
The 10% discount doess not apply to items not already discounted, gear packages, courses and expeditions.
